Prohibited Activities
Prohibited Uses of Rental Vehicle
- Use of the vehicle for illegal activities is strictly prohibited. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or any hazardous driving. Transporting dangerous materials is not allowed. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is forbidden. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is unacceptable. Additionally, the vehicle should not be used for purposes it was not designed for, and all weight or passenger limits must be adhered to. Driving outside of designated geographical areas requires prior approval.
Breaching these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
Liability Limitations
